Staff Software Engineer - AI Security (Go/Rust/Python)

Takes ownership of complex engineering problems on Zscaler's security products for adopting AI applications and agents, reporting to the Director, Software Engineering. The engineer sets technical direction and architecture for major product areas, leads initiatives across teams, turns ambiguous product and security challenges into engineering plans, and sets standards for secure, scalable systems.

The company wants five or more years of software engineering with technical leadership on complex production systems, strong Go, Rust and Python, and a deep understanding of concurrency, networking, storage and cloud infrastructure.
