Staff Threat Researcher

Works as a technical expert on adversary tradecraft across endpoint, cloud and identity environments, reporting to the Manager Threat Research at Zscaler. The researcher dissects and replicates attacks on operating systems and services such as AWS, Microsoft 365 and Okta, builds attack automation and test code, develops proofs of concept for detections, and works with detection engineers, intelligence analysts and threat hunters on priorities.

The company wants experience with commercial EDR or cloud detection platforms, development in a scripting and a compiled language, cloud security experience, and an established public record of talks, posts or webinars. Remote.
